Keeping a clean ride can be a source of pride for many. It can also keep you cleaner when working on your bike. But don’t go over board on the cleaning especially when it comes to the tires. Never apply products to the tread of the tires (like Armorall type products). They can be very slick. As a general rule, if it makes it shinny, be very careful not to get any on the tread of the tires.
