Throttle's safety tip of the week - Target Fixation
Concentrate where you want to go not necessarily on the danger. When scanning, if you perceive a danger, acknowledge the danger and immediately focus on where you need to go and what you need to do to avoid the danger. Focus on surviving not dying.
