The host hotels are again the Candlewood Suites and it's
extended-stay companion, The Suburban. Located side
by side in Sterling, Virginia, just outside of
D.C., these hotels are welcoming us back again
this year. The Candlewood Suites is a mid-rate
hotel and the Suburban is an economy-rate
hotel. You can check in as early as
Thursday, May 22nd and check
out as late as Monday, May

The major difference between the Candlewood Suites
and the Suburban Hotel is the size of the rooms.
The Suburban has rooms that are a bit smaller, but
both hotels have kitchens. Additionally, the
Candlewood has free laundry machines and the
Suburban has coin-operated machines. Also the
Candlewood has a kitchen cupboard and the Suburban
has vending machines. Non-smoking rooms are
available in both hotels. Both hotels also share
the same parking lot and outdoor gazebo area, were
some activities will be held.

Both hotels will have a special supply of towels that can be used to clean bikes. Please ask the front desk for these towels and do not use room towels for this purpose!
These Candlewood Suites and Suburban Hotel are located just a few minutes from the Dulles Towne Center Mall and the many restaurants around the mall. Also located in the parking lot shared by the hotels is an area with a gazebo and a grill which we will use Friday night for our Meet & Greet and Saturday night for our BBQ cookout.
